João Rebelo Martins

My name is João Rebelo Martins, I have 33 years old, I´m Portuguese and I´m a communication and marketing consultant.

Beyond my professional experience, I have two major hobbies: travelling and motor racing. Those define me as a man and as a professional.

But i´m here to talk about travelling!

The passion of travelling comes from the challenge, the adventure and as Portuguese loving my country and the main role that Portugal had in global history. Doing thousand of miles by car, airplane, train or boat to meet new people, join cultures and learn another civilization is very exciting. It´s a quest for knowledge, empiric, but very loyal because it´s lived firstly, completing what we can learn by the books.

From travelling i like to remember moments: the sunshine, a smell, a smile, the taste of the traditional local food or the sound from a Brazilian cavaquinho.

"No longer missing all" is a travel plan all around the world. By now I have been in 21 countries, 15 capitals and 3 continents. Every single day of trip i wrote on a blog and, after arriving home, i wrote for magazines and i give conferences in schools to motivate young people.
